The Sunny app will provide a range of features designed to boost social well-being, including personalized insights, interactive tools, and guided activities. Users will be able to explore their Social Sphere, monitor their Social Battery, and access resources to improve their connections and create a more fulfilling social life.

3. Where can I download the Sunny app?

You’ll be able to download the Sunny app for free from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Once the app is live, simply search for “Sunny,” look for our logo, and start your journey toward strengthening your social well-being.

4. What devices support the Sunny app?

The Sunny app will be compatible with both iOS and Android devices.

5. How much does the Sunny app cost?

The Sunny app will be free to use. We believe that everyone should have access to tools that improve their social well-being, regardless of financial situation.

6. Why is the Sunny app free?

The Sunny consumer app will be free thanks to generous contributions by our founders at the Barnes Family Foundation. Our mission is to create a more meaningfully connected world, and we want to ensure that price is not a barrier to access so that everyone can benefit from our tools and resources.

7. How will my data be handled?

At Sunny, we prioritize your privacy and data security. We will not sell your user data to third parties, and we have implemented security measures to protect your information. You can trust that your data will be handled with the utmost care and confidentiality.

8. What is social well-being?

Social well-being, social wellness, and social health all refer to the quality of your relationships and interactions with others. It encompasses the support you receive from your friends, family, and social network, your sense of belonging, and your ability to connect meaningfully with others. Improving your social well-being can lead to greater happiness, reduced stress, and overall better mental health.

9. What is my Social Sphere?

In the Sunny app, your Social Sphere will be a dynamic view of your unique social landscape, including your relationships, needs, and goals. It also depicts the strengths and gaps in your current social life, maps out ways to build and strengthen important relationships, and helps you track progress over time.

10. What is a Social Battery?

The Social Battery is a unique feature in the Sunny app that helps you understand and manage your daily social energy levels. It tracks how social interactions affect your energy and well-being, guiding you to balance social engagements with personal downtime to maintain optimal social health.

11. Does Sunny offer a workplace solution?

Yes, Sunny is building a suite of workplace solutions tailored to company connection needs. From building a connected culture, to employee wellness, team connection, and performance, Sunny will transform the workplace with the power of connection. 12. What should I do if I’m struggling or in need of emotional support?

Please know you’re not alone—your feelings matter and taking care of your needs is important. If you feel able, consider reaching out to someone you trust; you might find more support than you realize.
